This was the best experience I have ever had taking my car to a shop. There customer service is excellent. Kyle is very informative on BMWs and pricing was amazing. It’s 3 AM and it’s pitch black out. No cell phone service for 6 miles and I decide to square up with a guardrail. THANK GOD Zack (Zach?) from Bob’s Auto Repair took the dispatch. 25 year old who executed my recovery and delivery flawless. He was down to earth, professional, light hearted, and an overall blessing to my situation. I would use them and recommend them in-a-heartbeat.
Overall went fine. However, the driver had me put my transfer case into neutral and the transmission in park. So when he pulled out of a parking lot my car flipped back into four wheel drive and got dragged for about 50 feet or so. Hard to say if any damage was cause because the motor is spun out and doesn’t run. Pretty nice guy just seemed like an honest mistake. Service: Car towing
