Crossroads Auto Foreign Repair

My son attends college in Corvallis and I live 2300 miles away. You can probably understand how important honesty can be when it comes to car repair. My sons car developed an oil leak at the worst time possible before leaving for his internship in Portland. I spoke to Will and he agreed to squeeze me in to take a look. Will found a leaking oil filter gasket. He then replaced the filter, topped off the oil level and looked over the rest of the car. Not only was Will completely honest in the repair process, he also gave me and my son a sense of comport knowing the car is in good shape moving forward. Thank you Crossroads! We'll be back.

Booked an appointment 2 weeks out for gf mom's car. wasn't given an appointment time. Figured I would just go by industry standard and just drop the vehicle off @ opening so he'd have all day to do repairs. Of course it's the 1 day we all sleep in.. I rolled in 3 hours after opening, full expecting to be turned away and scolded (rightfully so). Show up, apologize profusely and he hardly even batted an eye. Took me inside to gather some info, happily accepted the car and began work. I did have to leave it overnight so he had time, but it was done @11am the next day- ironically the exact amount of time I was late haha but that was all my own fault, super glad he still took the car, nice guy, awesome service and did excellent, much needed work and at a decent price. Would recommend
