Corvallis location employees are amazing. We had a RV battery issue 1 day before we were to leave for a 2 week vacation. They got us on the road as scheduled. They went above and beyond. Great customer service!
Woke up to my phone not being able to start even tho I tried to cycle it on and off, no matter what I did the phone would not turn on. When I went to Battery’s plus they were very quick and and helpful. Erik was quick to show me the steps to reboot my iPhone, thank you!
This place is good but a worker that goes by the name is great! I called because I was having issues with my phone, and he took the time and patience from his self to help me soft reset my phone. Great, funny, and helpful guy, I hope they treat him well there!
