Toyota of Corvallis - Service Department

Terrible customer service from Bryan, Service Manager Department. Spoke to him about my issues and concerns regarding the price difference between the work quote order and the actual receipt. There’s no price break down on the work estimate for labor amount and parts. Bryan was rude and condescending. He told me I can bring the car back and get my battery uninstalled and he’ll refund my money back if that will make me happy. As a Manager I would think he would show some professionalism and be more customer oriented than his employee. However, he has no empathy and a terrible listener! While I was expressing my concerns and issues he keeps interrupting me and constantly make rude comments. Also, he made a rude comment how I received a 15% discount from being a Costco member and I should be happy and not complaining about the situation. Not sure how this has to do anything with their mistake charging me the wrong amount with what the quote stated for the service comparing with the
