Kuni Collision Center

I drove my optimal functioning 328i to Kuni for a bumper replacement. After being serviced, I had my car towed to my mechanic to repair the electrical damage that "coincidentally" took place. I can't recommend Kuni anymore. It's not the same company it once was since the acquisition. Service: Body & Trim

After being involved in a rear bumper accident, I took my vehicle to Kuni Collision Center, a BMW-certified repair facility. From the moment I contacted them, they were super friendly! I had a very smooth experience from dropping off my car to receiving updates about what my car needed and when it would be ready. If I had a question, I could text them or call them, and they would respond quickly! Throughout the whole process, Won and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. It was a pleasure working with Won! When I went to pick up my car, the bumper that had been damaged had been repaired as if it had never been damaged. They did an excellent job! Additionally, they cleaned both the interior and exterior of my vehicle, which was very kind of them! (My car looked amazing!) Kuni also gave me a packet with details about the repair, so that any future owner can be assured that the parts were installed by a certified shop. Kuni Collision did a great job fixing up my 2020 M2 comp. It had serious body damage and was repaired using only OEM parts/paint. The paint is glossy with only slightly more orange peel than factory. I found one defect on the paint and Kuni had it fixed for me within an hour. Won was a pleasure to work with and responsive. He was honest upfront and said the work would take time for parts and quite a lot of labor. He worked with my insurance to ensure the estimates would be covered fully, even after finding/fixing additional damage found that the insurance adjuster missed. I had a few extra parts of my own that could go on the car to replace damaged parts and Won made sure that the money saved was given to me by keeping the parts estimate intact. I was also given a packet detailing the repair to give to any future owner, ensuring that only OEM parts were installed by a certified shop. If you want your repair done right, take your car here.
