They are fabulous. Took my car in to be checked. Sergio checked us in and got us a loner car until mine was done. He is very kind and generous. It was truly my pleasure to work with him. Rafael sorry spelling. He was amazing as well . They did a great job with my car. Rafael and Sergio even traded out my loner for something easier for me to drive due to my disability. Thank you both.

The service department took such quality service for us today and we are grateful! My transmission was acting crazy and my check engine light came on. From my first call in, the operator was kind and considerate. I arrived early for my appointment and no one batted an eye, they just took my car right in and gave me the great news that a recall had taken place and my repair would be fully covered. You can't imagine my relief, since like many recently, I'd experienced unemployment for over a year. I was back in my car within 4 hours and the problem seems to be resolved. Big sigh of relief and they've earned my business! Thank you, each one of you on the team at Beaverton Nissan!

I recently brought my Rogue in for a free oil change and to rotate the tires. I found an oil leak when I arrived home in my garage. Turns out the oil plug was loose. During that visit, I was told I needed new brake pads. That was a service I was going to do myself. When it came time to remove the tires, I found a loose lug nut. Overall, I'm very disappointed and won't be using Beaverton Nissan again.
