I did NOT get my car serviced this time at Futrell. I used to have my car serviced here 6 years ago. This specific review is for the customer service experience on Monday 10/02/23. Bad. The rep, Megan I think, was not knowledgeable, hard to understand on the phone, and wasn't able to provide closure to someone that's spent a lot of money at the shop. Moreover, I asked to speak to Dean, the owner, and wasn't allowed to do so. Not even via a call back at their convenience I was also told that the shop is incapable of handling cars older than 2010. Weird. Mine is a 2004 Jetta that they've serviced for years. But nope, apparently they're not interested. It's fine if you don't want my business, no harm no foul. Just seems weird that I wasn't allowed to speak with Dean, and that they are incapable of going beyond 2010 'vintage'. Used to be a far better experience with them. And as I say this I realize I'm that old dude that says 'those were the days ...'.

A+ experience! I’ve brought my Mk7 GTI multiple times for oil changes, and short shifter install. Today I brought it it for a full brake fluid flush. I paid $147 for a VW dealer for the service, yet Dean showed me what came out of the clutch line. Pure black fluid. Car even came back with a nice Futrell Autowerks plate frame
