Brock Automotive is great. They have serviced our vehicles for over 10 years. They always do an excellent job on my Mercedes. When the vehicle is brought in for service they review everything necessary, break down a quote for everything and help prioritize what needs to be done or could be put off. It really helped when my first Mercedes of 25 years seemed to always need something due to age but I loved my first Mercedes. Eventually purchased a new Mercedes. They have been great doing my normal service needed now that my warranty is over. They are so professional, very reasonable in their costs compared to the dealership. The team there is so personable. I highly recommend them.
The service from check in to pick up is excellent. My service work was 6 months ago. Car repair was excellent and price was reasonable. Highly recommend.
They did a diagnostic on my rig and didn't find anything needed for repair & as such didn't charge me a thing! I will come back as I appreciate such fair dealings. Highly recommended shop!
