The prices here are competitive with other chain auto parts stores. They have a loyalty program and really good about making rebate information available. Plus, they are open until 10pm! Bonus!
Saddens me. Normally this place great. However last time I came in to inquire on a part to ask why their part was twice expensive than a competitor. The sleepy employee simply, and flatly, started "our parts are better". Umm k. Nothing more said as he dozed in and out of sleep. So I bought from their competitor.
Bad customer Services I have been waiting on the line for almost 15 minutes only one person at the front counter there’s three more employees they just walk looking at the customers and they don’t help us
