I came in to see if they could help with a flat tire. They took my tire and checked it, I refilled, put in water to see where the bubbles were coming from. Found nothing. But they went the extra step and sealed everything to make sure that there were absolutely no leaks, I asked if I could drive in the car and if they would put my tire back on for me. They did it no problem. Then on top of that, they even went and put my spare back right where it belonged, without even needing to ask. The service here is excellent! I WILL definitely be returning here for all my tire (and other) vehicle needs!
There’s was a misunderstanding between the receptionist and her understanding what’s considered road hazard warranty. Sean came and and explain to her that it is under warranty and will be replaced since I hit a pothole. Great leader and great customer service.
Okay customer service, was able to get in and out really quick that I liked would definitely come back
