Valvoline Instant Oil Change

These Valvoline auto techs were like special ops meticulously crawling over my car checking off MORE boxes than was on their obligatory punchlist. When REAR DIFFERENTIAL fluid popped up in RED letters, I told them, 'That's a 'no fix'...I was told that because the drain plug is stripped no one can change the fluid in the gear box". That was not acceptable to Nathaniel the Manager who expressed his concern & referred me to a local mechanic who btw CAN fix the plug (& he also has excellent ratings on YELP). The Valvoline techs went above & beyond even make a small adjustment on my rear wiper which I mentioned was not working correctly....all done in a simple oil change. Single ladies rest assured these guys will go the extra mile! When you drive out of Valvoline it will be in a better maintained & safer car.

Valvoline on on 2719 Pacific is where I have been taking my vehicles since 2020. They are very informative and make sure that you know what they are doing and even ask what and how you would prefer for services. Went this past weekend and it was hot, this team communicates with each other in such an organized manner. They even offered me a cold water while I waited in my vehicle. They really make the customer matter - not just a "this is what you paid for thanks". They go above and beyond - Thank you for the experience!
