First impressions are everything and this business just proved that today. My first time taking my vehicle in due to getting a rock in my windshield and they made it a smooth process. I had my little with me, so they brought me and my son back home while they worked on it. And not only that but they brought me my vehicle back and didn’t need me to follow back just to make it easier on a mom and child. Everything went so very smooth and with such a friendly attitude. I can’t express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Dan and his crew. My front windshield needed to be replaced, paid for by insurance (pretty typical for insurance companies to pay for the lesser cost item/service), and that also required my camera sensors to be recalibrated. Unfortunately, my car was a wee problematic, resulting in Dan having to order a Ford factory windshield in hopes to solve the problem. He was very communicative throughout the journey. I genuinely appreciated his perseverance, attention to detail, and integrity to ensure the camera sensors were functioning correctly when the windshield was installed.
