Bob and his crew are fantastic, and really came through for me in a pinch. I was on my way home to the Seattle-Tacoma area and ran over some debris on I-5, knocking loose a part on the undercarriage of my car. It was hanging down far too precariously to attempt the long drive home. B&B was a few miles away, and when I called, Bob told me to come right over. He pulled one of his mechanics to do an emergency repair. They were all kind, courteous, and professional, showing me exactly what they found and explaining the repair thoroughly. And bonus - they were very reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a stand-up guy to repair your vehicle.

Extremely disappointing. Had them look at my truck, and basically paid $200 bucks for them to test and see my oil pressure was good. They wanted to do more “Diagnostics” but I stopped them after that because If it took them two hours to check oil pressure, that removing a valve cover would cost thousands of dollars. And then as a slap in the face I get in my truck to leave and I am greeted with a pile of disgustingly dirty wipes sitting in the drivers seat, probably would have been an extra $50 to go the extra mile and throw them out. Please look elsewhere.
