Knecht's Auto Parts

This place is awesome. It's been in Albany all my life. It has retained exactly how it was when my dad and I would go there to chat with the associates and get what we needed with one on one customer service. Lowest prices too. I've even called and someone talkedme through a problems had. It just a great company with old style values.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that Knechts has lots of lug nuts & studs sold single so I didn't have to buy a whole set when I only needed two...

I stopped in the Albany store today to get wiper blades. There were multiple brands to choose from, so someone asked if I needed help. I appreciated what they knew and while I was paying, that same person went out and installed them and just finished as I walked up. What great service from this store. I want to help our local small businesses stay open, particularly during these times, but their customer service has made me a forever customer.
