Experience could not have been any better. They offered to test and charge my battery and pressure me at all to buy a new one. Gave me a great deal on a 7-year warranty battery. Will return next time I need one.
The battery exchange in Albany Oregon is long as they are able to and have the product to do it they are very efficient and the main guy there been there forever is outstanding
Needed to test my battery because it wouldn't start earlier this morning. Decided to go with the local guys as opposed to some big corporation type of auto part store. Peter threw it on the tester and said it just needs to be charged. Told me to borrow a charger from a friend or they could charge it for $10 over 3 hours. What a good, honorable dude. He could have told me the battery was shot and I would have had to pay over $100 to replace it. Instead he was honest and has earned my business for any future battery replacements
