I made an appointment a week in advance before I go out of town, on X date. Well X date rolled around and I go into the shop and they inform me that I was scheduled for the X of the next month. now I'm having to leave town with a janky car that no where else can get in before my dates not to mention the phone call and everything leading up to me coming is was unpleasant. As for the service I never had it in, but the bad customer service is enough for me to not be taking my car in again.

Words can't express how appreciative I am of Eric and F.L Snyder & Sons. I had an electrical issue with my car and Eric was able to fix it immediately. I thought it would cost a lot more than it did. I will be using this team for all my car stuff in the future!

This shop is wonderful. They checked out my car when it stranded me on a road trip. Totally honest and helpful. I thought it was a much bigger issue, which many shops would have charged for even though I was wrong. They did a checkout on the vehicle after getting it in to make sure it was all good before I left and sent me on my way. Go to this shop! I'd drive from Portland to know my work is done right and honestly.
