Very confusing auto text system had me getting different dates for completion multiple times a day. Dulled the paint on the edge of hood while buffing the fender. They were not friendly when I asked why it would take 30 days to do 2 days work. Parts was the generic answer. Could not explain why they wouldn’t wait to take my truck until they got the parts. After having our vehicle for close to 4 months we picked it up and the steering wheel is crooked! You have to turn it 45 degrees to make the car go straight! There is a scratch down the entire driver's side and the wheel that was damaged in the wreck was not replaced and is still bent that doesn't cover the mold that is in the passengers side from the damage and the window being down and sitting in the rain for two months before they started to work on it. To say this process has been a nightmare is an understatement. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of repairs we recieved and would not recommend this shop to anyone. The team at Caliber did a fantastic job putting my vehicle back together after someone smashed into the side of me! I was definitely worried about the paint matching because it’s a teeny tiny fleck metallic black- bit they nailed it, and Tawny was amazing, she kept me informed of the process and because of her excellent picture taking and thorough assessments of the damage my insurance was able to prove the other driver’s liability in the accident after they tried to lie about what happened.
