I have never had a single complaint about Crabtree after several repairs. They are willing to talk you through the details of the repairs and are super transparent. Their front desk staff are always so friendly and accommodating, the shuttle service they offer is so helpful. They even gave a me a free oil change after a larger repair! My daily driver starting misfiring out of the blue, so I pulled into Crabtree on the way home from work. Kat and the crew diagnosed it as a bad coil pack and within less than an hour I was back on the road! Great service and hospitality, I’ll definitely come back!
