I highly recommend coming here! I got in my first accident and I live here to go to school, so all my family is else where. Collision Works was so so helpful in guiding me through everything and helping in any way they can!! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help no matter the situation. They keep you very updated with the process of fixing your car which is awesome. They really are like a family here! 10/10 recommended!

They did a phenomenal job. It took longer than expected due to parts shortage but they called me often with updates. I never had to call them to know where we were in the process. They even did some things that were above and beyond what was paid for, like replacing some faded pinstripes on both sides of the vehicle. I could not be more pleased ???? , my wife said it looks brand new. ????

This is supposed to be a location that pairs up with Geico to make the whole process easier. That is not the case at all. My repairs were done back in April 2023. It is now September 2023. The first issue is that Gerber never sent the final bill back to my insurance so I have not received my deductible back on it. I have called and called to try and get this fixed and the final bill has not been sent at all even after I provided them with a direct email to my claims adjuster. The second issue is that the original estimator who did my work is no longer there and missed a whole portion of the accident. I took the vehicle back in to Gerber and since the estimator missed the portion they have to run back everything through insurance. I was told, "Well since that estimator is no longer here it is going to be difficult to get it fixed." It has now been over a month and I have never been contacted back by Gerber to get an appointment put on the books or given an update on whether or not they
