Excellent service. Great staff. I got and alignment and oil change. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. The cost was below what I would of paid anywhere else. Highly recommend. 10/10 recommend!!! My engine started smoking as I was 37 weeks pregnant. Usually my husband takes care of these things for me, but he has been in the hospital. Rapid Service Center made room in their already busy schedule to examine my car in and figured out the issue in no time! Not to mention, this all happened the day before Thanksgiving, the day I went into labor. It’s such a huge weight off of my shoulders knowing they were able to accommodate me so quickly so I would have a vehicle to drive!!!

This place has great customer service and great prices! From the moment we called and set up our appointment the staff member was really nice. They have an option to drop off your vehicle which was really helpful for us. Had our vehicle ready by the time they estimated to us beforehand. We met the owner of this shop and him and his team were amazing throughout the whole service. They answered all of our questions and did not make us feel rushed even though they were busy. Not once did we feel like they were trying to add other services we did not request. Will definitely come again and recommend. One of the best shops in Midwest City!
