Niece came in to buy a battery for her car. Lady waits until the transaction is through to day she's not letting her technicians install it. That would be something to say before you charge them for a battery. Your company provides that service. If your company chooses not to provide a service it should be brought to a person's attention before hand. Poor customer service.

So I got batteries for a buddy this morning. They had them, cool. Easy purchase, cool. So I look at my receipt afterwards and I noticed my military discount wasn’t applied… even though I’m in my uniform while making the purchase. No big deal, I gotta go back to the store and get my core charge refunded anyway. So I’m back at the store an hour later and I’m getting told, NO to getting my Military Discount applied to my purchase made an hour prior. I was told, by the manager: 1) You have to ASK for it, it ain’t automatically applied 2) It ain’t associated with any particular phone number anymore SO… I’m out $40 and being told basically, that even though I’m clearly seen as a military member of this community, I’m not treated like one unless I ask for it? Guess what Autozone. I’m done with you. Simple as that. What just happened to me was as unAmerican ???????? as all heck. O’Reillys don’t treat me like this.
