I made an appointment to have 2 tires mounted and balanced and an alignment done for 9:30 in the morning. When I made the appointment I was told it should take 2-3 hours, great! When I dropped my car off I was told they would call me when my car was done. I finally called at 1:30 that afternoon and I was told my car would be done 30-45 minutes and he would call when it was ready. Almost 2 hours pass and I called back, no answer so we just went up there. My car was still being aligned. I was told my car was being difficult to be properly aligned and that’s why it was taking so long. We didn’t leave until 4:30. A 2-3 hour job turned into 7 hours. The owner did apologize for it taking so long after everything was done. One of the guys working on the alignment was smoking in the shop and I am extra sensitive to smoke so it could have just been me but my car smelled like smoke when I got in my car. My carpet and seat on the drivers side had oil or grease all over them, so that was great. I

My front fender tore away in the driver side after hitting a deep, water-filled pothole. Found great reviews of Ken’s Auto online and called to schedule a consultation. Arrived for my appointment and the team was friendly. I was in an out in 40 minutes. The team addressed several issues that were quick fixes but said I would need to go to a body shop to get my fender fixed. Honest and efficient team. And they offered me a recommendation to a local body shop and provided a temporary fix for my fender until I can make it to a body shop. Great rates. 10/10 would recommend. Broke my door handle and didn't offer to repair it. Broke some parts during alignment, and charged me for them. Then 2 days later I found a broken brake pad and my rotor was damaged. Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement
