They will do anything and say anything to get out of work... they fabricate policy's out of thin air, and when fact-check through Firestone website they act surprised and then slow play the work .... avoid this one trust me.took 3 hours for rotate and flat fix

We had a horrible experience at Firestone almost 5 years ago and did not plan to ever go back. My daughter convinced me to give them another try. I made an appointment for 1 pm today for a new set of tires. The website said to go in a bit early, so we got there at 12:40. Asked if they could do an alignment too, and were told that wouldn’t be a problem. He told us it would be 2 to 2.5 hours, so we decided to wait it out. At 3:30 he told us the tech went to get us new lug nuts ‘awhile ago’ and should be back any minute. We explained that we had an appointment at 5, and needed to be out of there as soon as possible. At 4:10 we were told he still wasn’t back. We told them to put the old lug nuts back on, and suddenly the tech was back. We were told he had just the back tires to put on, shouldn’t be long. At 4:30, he told us ‘5 more minutes’. At 5:05, he finally called us and said he was done. Almost 4.5 hours later. And the alignment never got done! This was just for tires! $1100 later,
