Firestone Complete Auto Care

Went in to ask a question about the tire pressure monitoring system on my car and they would not give me a simple answer. They would have to put the car in the shop and check it out. I'm sure that would be a hefty fee. Just an oil change was $120.00.

My fiance went in to get our brakes switched out, mind you, when he asked them we needed them worked on, they completely interrupted him and told him they'd do a vehicle inspection, which I don't think they did because the one that needed changed was our front right and to our surprise they completely overlooked it and went ahead and did what they wanted. You're gonna tell me these were fine? Y'all really made us fork over $450+ for something we didn't need yet. And don't even come to me about y'all needing to make quota. Bull. Don't waste your time or money! Edit: we also made an appointment and they tried telling us they couldn't see us. What? Y'all need a better system to mark out what times and days that are already booked.

They’re always super friendly there. But they also got my ‘99 Jeep Wrangler driving like she hasn’t drove in a long time. Very grateful!
