Looking to buy a truck from Ryder, but I'm out of state so I needed an inspection. James answered the phone right away, gave me a good timeline. Came out the next day, did a full inspection, text me pictures of everything. Was very happy with the service and we moved forward with the truck purchase because of it.
You gotta love this kind of service !!! He picked up when I called, came out in 30 minutes like he said, and had me up and running in no time. Didn’t charge me an arm and a leg either. The trucking business needs more people like this !!!
These guys are life saviors. We had a truck broke down on the side of the road, before Oklahoma City. James came through for us. Came to the truck and got it rolling in less than 30 min. We had a major air leak and transmission got stuck in gear, truck would not start, lost all air from the secondary tank. Thank you James, will have your number on speed dial.
