They were honest & didn't have me spend money on what I thought they should do as they made suggestions that worked great & saved me money. Another place hurt my car & they fixed it. Roma and the guys here did the best job on my car, seriously hands down. If you want the best service and knowing you're going to get treated right, and done absolutely correct then go here. I personally have been to many shops and I've never felt more in good hands with my pos car lol then here. So thank you, and always go here

I had my 2017 Toyota serviced yesterday at the OKC store. I’ve used this Midas store for many years to keep three different vehicles in good condition and have always had good experiences. My experience yesterday was very out of the ordinary. They have apparently hired a new assistant manager (Albert) who really doesn’t seem to fit the needs of the store, in my opinion. I was there for several hours, as I expected to be, considering the service I needed, so I was able to observe him with others. I spoke with him and listened to his interactions with other customers, both walk-ins and people who called in. He’s literally a very fast talker and wasn’t at all clear with his explanations. I was very uncomfortable with him and it was very apparent that others he spoke with were also not comfortable. It seemed that he was interested in bumpin
