Gerber Collision & Glass

I have had my Mustang in their shop twice since they have become Collision Works (instead of Flairs). BOTH times they were professional, kept me updated about the process, and had my car ready to go within the time they indicated. BOTH times they also did a WONDERFUL job on my 2015 Mustang making her look and feel brand new again while at the same time fighting my insurance company to get the necessary and needed work done appropriately. Todd was great to work with and made sure i knew what was going on at all times. I will definitely take any one of our other vehicles to them to fix as I couldn't be more happy with the work they did on my car. Service: Body & Trim

I published the photos of the quality they give. Won’t surprise me if they remove this review and photos though. Sorry service, sloppy, management is poor and Todd is unprofessional and rude. A headache to deal with and quality is a joke. Took it back after they said it was ready and it still looked poor after they “fixed” it. Their answer was *shrug* “that’s how we do it, it comes taped”. Ok, poor quality with terrible customer service is how you run a business then I’ll do my due diligence to let the public know this. I took my explorer in after a collision. It was brought from a tow yard to Gerber. When I picked up my car from Gerber my gas tank had 25 miles to empty (even though I filled it up the morning of my accident) and the license plate was missing. It also had significantly more miles on it and I found a hotel key card in the driver side door. I had to take my car back in almost immediately after I got it because it started making a clanking noise. The rear sway bar was broke but I was told that wasn’t due to the collision - even though it did not do that previously. A week later my car lost its turbo boost because the hose wasn’t on correctly and I had to take it to another place to get fixed. My horn also rattles now when I honk it.
