They out and out lied to me. Went in for an oil change. Said I needed my transmission fluid changed. I replied that I had it done last year by the dealership. They said, that I was wrong or it would have showed up on carfax. Now this took me back for a second; so, I said go ahead and change the transmission fluid. Then I looked in my glove box and found the receipt from the dealership where it was done. I then told the guy to not do the transmission fluid change and showed him the receipt. He said that's not good. Then became rude and hurriedly got me out of the shop. The lied, tried to pressure me into spinding $300.00 worth of repairs I didn't want, and then they were rude. I've been going there for 6 years but they lost my business as of today.

Was in a pinch and needed oil change and tune up before a long road trip. Made an appointment for 9 the day prior. Was told they don’t check the appointments and no one ever makes them anymore. Wanted to charge me 47$ per spark plug, or 282 (lied to me to my face that the cheapest one at auto zone is 47$ fact check the most expensive one was 26) and 338$ in labor. On top of that was told it’d only be an hour here we are going on 3 hrs only to be ripped off. Also checked under the hood after wards and there were two boot clamps left loose. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN A 46$ OIL CHANGE!!!! Services: Auto engine tuning, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
