My husband was there getting new tires he had been waiting over an hour when I was able to meet him on my lunch from work. We sat there with our truck in the bay for 45 minutes while I watched three associates sitting around and one associate was sometimes working on my truck(she walked away several times to talk to those sitting around) I went back to work after my hour lunch was done and then about another hour later my husband arrived at my job(just across the highway) to finally bring me the truck.. it took over three hours to get tire changed it was ridiculous. Especially with the lack of urgency on any of the workers part. I actually just watched pure laziness in action.

This lady right here took forever just to change tires I'm talking 2 tires and it took her a hour since she wanted just stand and talk . I mean come on you had a lot of people waiting be respectful to your clients..
