Customer service from the very first call to the final pick up of our vehicle was excellent. Repair work was completed without any problems, and the shop communicated directly with my insurance company. Service: Body & Trim
My vehicles hood was put in a weird way that I have to use a flathead to get it open, clearly did not go through inspection before I got it back. Usually this location does very good business but after the wrong part being sent 3 times in a row and the bottom of the car cover falling out of place and now the use of a flat head and I'm not sure if the hydraulic hood just went out or not but my car was fine before it went it, it just had some cosmetic damage. If I didn't have to moveI would have brought it back in. Good news there is a caliber here and hopefully they can look at it and possibly help me with atleasr the hood situation. Like I said I've used this shop alot over the years, and this is the first time. This had happened to me. Service: Body & Trim
Curtis did a fantastic job! All the staff was very friendly and kept me up to date on the repair process of my car.
