ive been multiple times waited on oil 2hrs the first time as they didnt have the oil i prefered didnt get the oil i prefered. second time first in took another 1 1/2 hrs 3rd time tool forever put the wrong oil in. they always smile and good attitude. if speed is your goal why why you start your sarurday off with two techs. i am trying them one last time so far not anything different okay to be fair the two techs is due to covid 19 still that only account for on time
I’ve been there a couples times. The first time I got in right away. The second time I waited 2 hrs before my car was even drove in to the bay. There were only 4 of us inside waiting. I called today at 1409 hrs, and it’s 45 min to an hour. Please tell me why it’s taking so long. I dread even thinking about taking my vehicles there. My time is just as precious as yours! This is the only place I’ve ever been that takes 45 min or longer for an oil change and tire rotation. It was the same way at the dealer ship. We could make an appointment there and it still took 2 hrs or longer. What gives??? This is no way to run a “Quick Lube”!
