Walmart Auto Care Centers

Went to get 4 new tires they didn't have the right ones .but berry went out of his way to get the right ones real professional team they are great will always buy from this store think you berry and team!!!!

Wow came in at 8 am was second and line for a oil change and rotate tires and you mean to tell me you rotated one tire and not all four. We’re they do that at not to mention it is now 11:22 am and am still waiting! Wow and at 9 am the whole floor took a break are you serious we’re do they do that at. Are you serious? I will not be back and will definitely spread the word around town not to come to this location. And the one star wasn’t for the guys on the floor it was for the lady who worked behind the counter! So done with Walmart automotive!!!! Need better workers and we’re is management?

I called the store to get a copy of my receipt for my tire installation because I had a leak in one of my tires and could not find proof I had bough them and had them installed at Walmart. First call was told they would look and put me on hold for 5 minutes then got disconnected. Tried again hour later and was told no such transaction existed. Called a third time hoping whoever answered would be able to find the work order but she could not find it. They wanted to charge me for a rotation and tire repair I already paid for with road hazard and lifetime tire rotation. So I went to Hibdon tires because they do a free rotation and tire repair. Long story short they could not repair the tire. So I call Walmart again because i know I bought road Hazzard and guess what? A different person answered and found my receipt right away but because Hibdon tried to repair my tire That voided the warranty would not honor the replacement. I talked to the manager Adams and he wasn't the least bit conc
