Requested a tire rotation and balance. I can't tell you if this store balanced them. The staff operating the store said that they did. What I know for a fact is that the tires were not rotated correctly. The technician that performed the "Tire Rotation" at this store needs further training. My front tires were "feathered" quite a bit. Tires should have been cross rotated. Store front gentlemen claims they were. Do NOT waste your time at this store unless you are doing a videoed before and after story. Good Luck and if you have had a good experience; I hope it's not a fluke.

I arrived at Goodyear shop with only 10 minutes before they closed. Both of my back tires were separating. I brought with me tires on rims, that I had previously purchased, that the bolt hole pattern did not line up on my car. These guys broke the tires off of the other rims and put them on my rims and did it with a smile on their face. I would definitely recommend and will be back to have my car serviced. Keep up the great work Goodyear!

Great customer service and the tire technicians did a super job! I will definitely go back.
