I’m always on the move so nailing down a time to make an appointment to service my vehicle is always hit or miss. The guys at Midas accepted my « walk in » appointment to mount and balance my new tires and made the experience quick and easy!
We were transporting horses back and forth to a competition in Kentucky, when the truck wouldn’t start. If it didn't get fixed right away, it would have been bad for our business. A huge headache. The local Chevy dealer said it would take 3-4 days. Lane, the representative at this Midas location, was accommodating and the team repaired the truck within hours. Went in for a free oil change and my brakes were in bad shape. They fit me in immediately and did a great job. Communication was good and I could see photos on the link they sent.
