Just had a valve stem go bad on my truck. I was on the road heading back to Fl. Had just cut loose with a hard rain and the gentleman at the front desk took me in right away, took care of me, with a smile, a thank you and have a great day. My tire had a leak from a hex key embedded in the tread. I took it to Goodyear in Powell because my neighbors highly recommended them. Tessa was able to have my tire repaired quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the rare good customer service that she provided and is extremely rare to find these days. Thanks again!!

We had a 6 inch bolt get lodged into our tire on the way to the Columbus zoo.Tess did a phenomenal job getting all squared away and back on the road safely and we still got to enjoy our time at the zoo! Bonus points for being open a Sunday when most places are closed. Definitely recommend!
