Took my truck here for an estimate in May which went smoothly. Insurance sent me the check quickly. Tried getting an appointment set up but he kept saying “we are slammed, call me next week and we will get you set up”. Called several times within the 2 month span and got the same story. Even stopped at the business in person and got the same story. I’m usually not the one to complain but this was terrible. 3 months of attempting to call and set an appointment but just got blown off. Took my truck to Strongsville body and paint. Got an appointment that day. Don’t waste your time here.
Bill and his crew were awesome. I pulled into their shop and they took care of me right away. Had the damage on my car finished in short order. Not only a perfect job but very reasonable price. Would definitely use their services again. Thank you guys.
Been going here for years and always have great results/fair prices, my door was leaking water and they fixed my issue right in the parking lot within 5 minutes, highly recommend! Service: Body & Trim
