Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I gave a negative rating to the store several years ago, but since it's been managed by new people I have no complaints whatsoever. They are very pleasant, thorough and do a great job for a reasonable price. They just changed my serpentine belt, did a cooling system pressure check and an oil change and tire rotation and it was about $150 less than I expected it to be! I am very happy with my experience.

I had an appointment here for an oil change at 2 pm. They got my car right in. Cut to me still sitting there going on 4 and no one has said a word to me as to why this is taking so long. Then the guy comes and says they didn't have my oil filter and had to go to the dealership to get it. That's the first anyone had said anything about why it was taking so long. Then the price was way more then I anticipated. I feel like prices should have been gone over before the actual oil change. Then worst of all they did a tire rotation then I left there and as soon as I pulled on the street my tire was making a clunking sound and my car was driving weird so I immediately turn back around and pull in and tell them what was happening. The guy comes out to tighten my bolts and I see that he starts really tightening my front driver side tire. THEY NEVER PUT MY TIRE BACK FULLY ONTO MY CAR!! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN AT A TIRE PLACE??!! I could've crashed my car or something else bad happen. The workers act

I called a few other repair shops before I found them. They were the only company willing to fit me in on a same day repair. Tire got patched in less than 20 minutes and at half the price of their competitors! Great staff and they will be getting all my Tire business moving forward!
