I called on Friday to make an appointment for an oil change and was told I would need to leave my car ALL day or come early Saturday morning and it’ll be done. So I went early Saturday morning (8:20am) only to be told I needed to leave my car and pick up at the end of the day because he’s got 6 cars ahead of me… So basically, I called to make an appointment and didn’t get an appointment nor did I get my oil changed… I used to love coming here, but “Charles” just made me never want to come back. (Oh, did I mention that he fit in the “white” couple that walked in?)

No problems with the service. However, I was there since it is an approved Carmax repair location. Yet to get my car back I had to pay for the service myself and then get reimbursed by Carmax. Even Carmax was surprised that Annie Auto didn't just bill Carmax.

This place is way overpriced. Told me that I needed a wheel hub changed, wanted $350. Down the street, Jo Joe's Automotive on Snow and W.130th, they gave me a price of $86. Anyways, found out I did not need wheel hub changed, just the 3 studs and lug nuts that Discount Tire broke and stripped while changing tires. I was sent there by Discount Tire to fix ONE stud, and get reimbursed, but gave me quote for tons of other things wrong with the car. Save your money and go to Jo Joe's automotive down the street...honesty is truly thier policy there!!!
