Got an ABS problem sorted out and new tires. It was a little pricey but the service was awesome and they kept me up to date while waiting for parts and how the repair was going. Definitely would use them again

Larry and all the staff at Annie's are ALWAYS courteous and very helpful. My husband and I would never go anywhere else. I was there this morning at 8:20 am while Ms. Shamlall was being taken care of, in fact, my husband and I are the customers she references at the end of her review about being "fit in". Just like her, we were informed that multiple other customers dropped off their cars before us, and that we would have to leave our car and pick it up at the end of the day - we did just that and picked up the car at 3:00 p.m. As always, we were very pleased with the excellent service at Annie's.

No problems with the service. However, I was there since it is an approved Carmax repair location. Yet to get my car back I had to pay for the service myself and then get reimbursed by Carmax. Even Carmax was surprised that Annie Auto didn't just bill Carmax.
