ROB IS THE MAN!!! I called on yesterday and told him about the issue I was having with my truck. He told me I could come in the NEXT DAY which was Wednesday morning @ 8 (today). When I tell you he was so personable and professional I mean it! He gave it to me straight and did not try to embellish or take advantage of me like some technicians attempt to do. He even advised me of an issue that was going on with the truck that I completely forgot about!! I will not be going to anyone else but him for my vehicle needs! I was out in less than 2 hours! Rob and the team at Rad Air did a fantastic job on my seasoned Honda Odyssey. We need that car to last and they listened to our needs and concerns and got to the bottom of each one.
