Pfefferle Tire and Auto Service

I own a fleet of ford transits. Anytime I have a major issue, minor issue, or just an oil change, I only trust Pfefferle. Chris Pfefferle and his people, are good people.

My radiator blew at 10:30p6m on a Thursday. I had it towed in the next morning, completely expecting to be without a vehicle for the weekend. Jerry was great, called and let me know when my vehicle had arrived safely on the tow truck. They advised me they would try to take a look at it but may not get to it until Monday (I was perfectly fine with that). By 1pm they had called with a solution to the issue and had an upfront price. At 4pm they called and said it was ready. We were blown away by how quickly they got us in and how helpful everyone is. We recently moved and needed a new mechanic we could trust, now we’ve found one.

Day after Christmas they rushed us in and did some major work in just a few hours. They communicated very clearly and made us feel confident in their work.
