Dave and his mechanic went above and beyond. When all the other people and places were trying to screw me. They actually did the correct job. They did it right without trying to upcharge me. Finally. Cause I've been screwed for over 5 grand since the pandemic started. Buisinesses. Have benefited from our grief. But this has been my one place and savior. Thank you so much Dave and your crew ???????? TD wanted about a grand for the wrong job. Came here and it was a lot less and it was the correct job.

The new staff is HORRIBLE. They scam you like crazy and jack prices, a TON. I took my car in for an estimate for breaks and rotors. They quoted me $791.17. I thought that was too high so I called another Monro, told them what I needed and they quoted me $434.90 for the exact same thing. When I picked up my car, I asked for a printout with my estimate, it was blank. It didn't say anything about my breaks or rotors. Instead they gave me an estimate for a fuel pump ($52.37 for the pump, $152 for labor) and it said I needed an oil change and filter, new wheels and tires and an alignment. My tires are less than 6 months old. They need to bring back Chris and Tyrone.
