Short review- dropped off my car with a missing lug nut and picked it up and left still with a missing lug nut. With no help of staff on site. I had a good experience with the Mark in the winter or so of 2023 as he was helping me figure out why my check engine light and a couple other light were flashing. Unfortunately, they came back on shortly after the service and are still on and so we never found a solution, but I need to drive my car some short distances for a couple weeks and couldn’t afford it in shop. In early January this year I brought same vehicle in because it was missing a lug nut on the passenger front side. Additionally, it was shaking so I authorized a test drive. When they call me to discuss their findings they said it was a crank sensor that needed replaced and an evap canister after running a check engine light assessment (?). Mark and team were wonderful...got my car right in, diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained what was going on with it and gave options for repair. Had my car back to me quickly. Everyone is super friendly and customer service is an A+!
