Caliber Collision

I had some body work done on my car here due to damage on the outside from the thieves who stole my car. Getting my car stolen was probably the worst experience of my life and Caliber Collision made everything easy for me at a time where my life was difficult, and the end result of the body work could not have been better. My car came out looking as good as new again. They obtained the exact color of my car and it was applied flawlessly. I am writing this review about 6 months after my visit and there are no imperfections/ bubbling or anything weird going on with the paint. Also, as a courtesy, they detailed the interior of my car and washed/ waxed the exterior. I never asked them to do that, so it was a really nice and unexpected surprise. To top it all off, Jess and Don were an absolute pleasure to work with and really knew how to deliver excellent customer service. They were both very helpful, informative, and friendly. I chose this shop because so many people mentioned the good communication. This was not my experience. My car's repairs were supposed to take 2 weeks and because of a backordered part it took 7.5. In the 5 extra weeks I waited, I received multiple automated messages with new estimated completion dates, so I would get my hopes up and the day would come and I would be excited to pick up my car. I'd hear nothing, so I'd call in the afternoon only to be told that the part was still on order (it didn't arrive, then it was backordered, then it arrived damaged, etc. etc.). Everyone I spoke to was polite, but I really wished the communication would have been more straightforward. The automated messages honestly made things worse. At one point they offered me a rental car but didn't ask me where I wanted to pick it up and then gave me the wrong reservation number. I have had a great experience at Caliber Collision! Trent, specifically, did a great job keeping me informed on repair updates! My car looked as good as new when I picked it up. An added bonus was I could leave my rental car there for caliber to take care of. Overall amazing experience, and would go back if I ever needed to after an unfortunate event.
