The ONLY SHOP IVE EVER USED…. I worked here, I know the people who Own and Work there. I’ve let them put engines in and transmission and both cars ran better after that and I’m still driving the car we put the transmission in and 175,000miles later and it’s running better than ever? There is nothing better than taking your car home after getting it fixed and YOU NEVER HAVE TO TAKE IT BACK FOR THE SAME PROBLEM! You have Jenn Jordan and Jeff and a good crew of mechanics on deck. Those 3 have dedicated themselves to give the BEST CAR SERVICE you can receive up or down Sawmilll Rd there is another Goodyear Store at Powell Rd and Sawmilll Rd ????DO NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION???? thats like a Co. Store? At Boy-Rad it’s a Family owned and there is a TON OF DIFFERENCE. They carry many brands of tires and they can fix about anything, IVE WITNESSED so stop by for just an oil change they would be happy to service your car????????

I talked to Jordan (owner/head mechanic, I think?) and Jennifer (store manager) on Tuesday for my '14.5 Camry, to see if it needed maintenance items such as spark plugs, brakes, etc. Car is fine otherwise but needed a tire pressure sensor light replaced. I wanted to get ahead of the curve on it. They were helpful and I was able to bring it in Saturday (today) for a diagnostic at 11 am. They had it done within a few hours and replaced the sensor, giving me honest updates about how my tires and brakes still had tread left and my spark plugs were great as of now. I didn't get up-charged for a service I didn't need and I got the car back by 330 pm in time for church. For a peace-of-mind check and getting that light turned off and sensor fixed, it was well worth the hours! I live nearby so I am lucky to walk to the store and back, saving an Uber, plus I'm grateful they are open on Saturday. Boy Rad, has helped me twice now with vehicle emergencies, were I needed to travel back to another state and it being the day before a holiday, and then getting my vehicle fixed before they close for the day. Prices are reasonable and they do an excellent job of repairing and getting you back on the road asap.
