I was satisfied with the following while waiting for my car service to be completed:. 1). Waiting Room was comfortable and clean restrooms. 2). Great Customer Service once somebody, finally recognize that you need to out car Service.. 3). Need to put clean foot papers over car carpet before releasing vehicle back to customers. 4). Great workmanship. Last,Cyst service representative should not assume what a customer wants but to place only on the order what's stated to Rep.. Overall from (1-10), I give this Service a (5 ). I like to be treated as though my Mechanical needs are important to each customer.. That means, No Customer should be waiting for help when other reps. Are available.. I had to ask for help..Other than Some Customer Service adjustment to the customers need not for the customers to have to ask for help.. Great machine work and within a great time frame..

Grismer team saved the day with their great service and work, completely exceeded my expectations when we dropped off our Jeep on a Saturday and they were able to find the problem and get it fixed for us. Highly recommend for your automotive needs!

I was scheduled to drop off my car at 5:30pm but received a call from Jason who told me if I could get the car to them earlier they could perform the service the same day. We worked it out, got the car to them a few hours early, and discussed the service I requested. Jason let me know the service would not eliminate the issue I was having and offered to take a look at different areas of the car for a solution. 90 minutes later I received a call letting me know the car is in good shape and a possible solution. I may be able to have the issue resolved under warranty from the previous repair shop. I do believe I’ll be switching shops do to the excellent service I received from Jason. Thanks Grismer!
