I am a new business owner is business involved with driving. When taking a vehicle from a business I used to work for just to get an oil change they took two and a half hours. At $95 an hour you know why they took two and a half hours. As someone who just opened their own business I would never ever take any vehicle to this lazy too talkative bunch of people. The company I worked for was Van Martin. And I personally sat 2 and a half hours. Sorry $92 an hour

I work in tech and really like being able to schedule things online. As a result, I've tried twice now to schedule with Grismer online, and twice they've failed to have any record of it and refuse to accommodate their failure. Both times I've immediately driven across the street to this wonderful, kind Goodyear, and been immediately helped, and also charged less than Grismer. I've learned my lesson. Thanks for being there for me when your neighbor has failed me!

I will recommend this shop to everyone I know that needs tires. I drive 15+ minutes to go to here because they're that much better than everywhere else. Cheaper prices on tires and much nicer, more respectful staff. Had a flat that needed to be swapped for a new tire fast. They got me in the same day. They went above and beyond by making sure my spare was back in the reservoir in my trunk and all accessories were put back where they belong (including my jack). They leave my car looking really clean.
