Carl's Body Shop & Towing

This is a great place to take your vehicle to be repaired, that is if you want to pay several thousand more dollars than you should be! This is my neighborhood shop I’ve used multiple times & all but once received very low quality repairs & 0 customer service. 1 time the manager intervened on an estimate & time frame the estimator give me due to the type of repair needed, (tail lights are important & he helped, thank you Ben!) the usual guy I have dealt has tried to over charge me every time. He once told me when I took a car to get an estimate to paint, he says our paint jobs start at 10k, he continues to say he don’t want people seeing the car/truck few years later faded or looking bad & have someone know it was done at carls body shop! We Boston talked me into painting some emblem & hooks on my truck oppose to just installing ones I brought to be installed & the quality control guys points out the bubble in the paint on my hook on my truck & still let’s it out the shop & my emblem

I am very happy with my repaired car. I couldn't believe that they also detailed the inside of my car. Love it

My friend's side mirror was completely missing, and within an hour Carl's replaced it with a brand new one! The entire process was also priced considerably under any other repair shop in the Dayton area! The staff are not only friendly but also knowledgeable and professional.
