The men here at the shop absolutely love their job they take time doing their work they are passionate about what they do they are respectful to their customers they will crack up with you have fun with you and enjoy spending time with you if that's what they need to do they are very family-oriented caring supportive and hard-working men thank you to the big muffler shop for everything that you do for the community and for everybody's cars that you work on.
I went there because my exhaust pipe broke in half. So the guy lifts up my truck to look at it. He said 430 with tip. So I asked what was the tip. He told me 50 for him and 50 for his buddy. I said I was thinking the job was about 200. I told him I was cool, and would look somewhere else. He then told me 330 without the tip. Who makes someone give them a 100 tip? So I took it to a different shop and only paid 146. The guys working this shop now are scammers. Service: Exhaust
