Tom and Jerry's Auto Service

Told me they they would start what I asked to be fixed in 1-2 days and got back to me a week later with a “diagnosis” then it took 2 more weeks for me to be able to pick my car up and when I got their my car would not start. They jumped it and once I drove it home it lasted one day before not running. Service: Auto battery maintenance

I’m unsure what topic my issue would be listed under but can say the front windshield was no longer defrosting. I had come to Tom & Jerry’s after previously getting a quote for double what Tom & Jerry charged for the same work. They did everything they could to keep the cost down and we’re accommodating on holding on to the car until I was available to pick it up. Contacting them via phone call can be a bit challenging so I stuck to texting with them. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I highly recommend Tom and Jerry’s! They don’t add things unnecessarily to what is wrong with car. I don’t know another place to take a car that you can fully trust like atom and Jerry’s. They are both personable and professional. They explained the issues and prices and didn’t do anything without my authorization. Service: General repairs & maintenance
