Auto Body Specialist

I've used this shop for everything--a racing alignment, mounting and balancing tires, and frame/body damage on my 3-week old car that was rear ended while waiting at a traffic light. They have been phenomenal and will stand by their customers and help in every way that they can. Neva talked with insurance on my behalf and worked out a very tricky situation flawlessly. I have no doubt that she had my best interest in mind. My car was damaged and both frame rails on either side were bent upwards into the trunk space. She was very honest with me about the damage, did not take shortcuts, and treated me like family. The process was simple--I dropped my car off with them and Neva took care of the rest with insurance. With her help, insurance was able to cover a brand new car of the same kind for me, and I couldn't have been happier. From Day 1, they've had my best interest at hand. UPDATE: Just saw the finished product on the news and it looked amazing! Y'all are amazing people! This shop was just featured on Channel 6 news. They are fixing an elderly man's car that had been stolen free of charge. I have met the man that you are helping, Daryl, when he delivered a pizza to me. He's a hard working, good man. I had a super positive experience here today. They were very fast, efficient, and explained everything that they were going to do. Sometimes as a woman, I feel like businesses dealing with cars take advantage of me, but I felt very respected and comfortable. If you’re looking for a place to bring your car where the employees are not condescending and the pricing is fair, I highly recommend!
